25 – AUG – HOUNSLOW FESTIVAL OF STORY | 10 SEP – CRANBORNE EARTHOUSE
15 SEP – CUBE MICROPLEX, BRISTOL |
A goddess trapped in a cave
A child born of a deer
A women with 5 husbands
A man who loves himself.
Tricksters, deities, strange childhoods, complicated marriages and cosmic crises collide in the hands of the ever-exuberant Pandvani108 ensemble.
Storytellers Steph Brittain, Ben Haggarty, Emily Hennessy and musicians Sheema Mukherjee, Raoul Neumann and Rav Neiyyar summon the ancient gods and monsters of Greece, Ireland, India, Japan, Iceland and more, to help us make sense of this shaky, post-pandemic world.
Expect high drama, low comedy and an epic backing band, as they mash-up myth to explore what it is that we really, really want. If you like your long stories short, then this is for you!
